Chapter 143

She originally thought that Michael was injured and that one time would be enough, but he was more vigorous than Isabella expected.

Just after they finished on the couch, he carried her to the floor-to-ceiling window, the cold glass pressing against her breast.

Behind her was Michael's burning chest, his desire unusually intense.

Isabella wanted to remind him to take it easy, his wound hadn't healed yet.

As soon as she opened her mouth, her voice was shattered by his thrusts, unable to form a complete sentence.

She gritted her teeth in anger. "Michael, are you on aphrodisiacs? Aren't you afraid of dying?"

Her body was shaking from the impact, Isabella braced herself against the window to steady herself.

But Michael behind her was like a madman, grabbing her as if he had been celibate for centuries, hitting her deepest every time.

The overwhelming tingling sensation spread from within her to her fingertips.

Her fingers wanted to grab something, but could only leave handprints sliding down the window. Moans uncontrollably escaped from her lips.

"I've only made love to you a few times, and you're already wishing me dead?" Michael leaned over her from behind, his hot lips close to her ear, his voice low and magnetic. "Isabella, the night is still long, what you owe me can't be repaid with just a few times of making love."

Isabella thought he was just talking, never expecting that he would actually make her legs weak in the office before letting her go.

Before she passed out, she had only one thought in her mind that she would never believe a man's words during the sex.

Michael said he would let her go if she begged.

But the more she begged, the more excited Michael became, pressing her down and making love to her over and over again, for hours on end.

When Isabella woke up again, it was already the next morning.

In the office lounge, sunlight streamed in from the window, she rubbed her waist and slowly sat on the edge of the bed.

The room was empty except for her, with no sign of Michael.

She thought of how crazy Michael had been with her in the office last night, and now she really didn't know how to face him.

As soon as her toes touched the ground, Isabella's legs trembled. So she had to hold onto the bed to stand up.

Not knowing Michael, where did he get the energy, making it so she could barely get out of bed, while he disappeared early in the morning as if nothing had happened.

Her clothes had long been torn to shreds by Michael, but fortunately, Michael was considerate to place  a clean and neat suit at the foot of the bed, even with the underwear.

Seeing that, Isabella's anger subsided a bit.

The lounge was equipped with a shower, she went in to take a shower and cleaned out what Michael had left inside her.

Michael, wanting her to get pregnant in one go, always made her raise her hips after making love, blocking the semen from coming out.

This led to her waking up in the morning with semen flowing down her legs.

After tidying up, Isabella put on the clothes Michael had brought, a neat light blue suit, which matched her temperament well.

In terms of picking clothes, she still trusted Michael's taste.

Opening the door, Isabella looked up to see Michael sitting at the desk reviewing documents.

Obviously, Michael heard her too, turned his head to look at her, his eyes softening. "You're awake, why not rest a bit more?"

Isabella looked up and carefully examined Michael, who had changed his clothes, wearing a high-quality black shirt and trousers, making him look even more upright.

The collar was slightly open, revealing a sexy Adam's apple and collarbone, his skin contrasting sharply with the black clothes, exuding a cold and noble aura. His eyes couldn't hide the satisfaction from making love.

Seeing him so refreshed, Isabella got even angrier.

Why was it that she could barely walk, while he acted like nothing happened?

She glanced at the time, realizing it was almost nine o'clock.

She gritted her teeth. "It's so late, and I have things to do today."

She frowned as if remembering something, "I have to go."

Saying that, she hurried out.

"Aren't you going to have breakfast?" Seeing this, Michael put down the contract in his hand, his face darkened, and got up to chase her.

They had just experienced the most intimate thing yesterday, and she woke up wanting to leave without even saying a word to him.What did she take him for?

Seeing Michael chasing after her, Isabella frowned and stopped. "Do you need something?"

Her tone was as cold and hard as if she were talking to a subordinate.

Michael's face darkened even more, unable to control himself, he pulled her back into the room, pinning her against the wall behind the door. "You can leave, but you have to eat first."

Afraid she would refuse, he lowered his stance and tone. "We agreed to prepare for pregnancy, you can't go to work without eating."

Isabella said nothing.

Michael took her silence as agreement, and turned to call Aaron, meticulously instructing him on what kind of breakfast to buy.

It wasn't that she didn't feel his kindness, but rather that she saw too clearly, her heart filled with too much disappointment.

She thought he did all this for her, but in the end, it was just to get her pregnant quickly.

What he cared about was whether she could bear a child for both families.

Whether her place in his heart was real or not, she had no way of knowing.

But the ridiculous thing was, she had fallen for him again because he saved her once, and foolishly ran to him in the middle of the night to make love.

Aaron brought breakfast quickly, and under Michael's supervision, Isabella had to eat it in small bites.

Then, she silently listened to his instructions and quickly left the Brown Group.

In contrast to Isabella's low spirits, Michael was in an exceptionally good mood for the rest of the day.

In the meeting, he not only occasionally smiled, but even the project manager who made a mistake with the contract was just waved off, told to correct it.

Seeing that, the people below were stunned, and they all thought Michael was out of his mind.

Everyone turned their eyes to the president's assistant Aaron, but Aaron just smiled mysteriously, refusing to reveal anything.

If Michael's marital secrets got out, he would be blacklisted by Michael in the city by tomorrow.

In the evening, Michael took Aaron to meet a client.

The other party chose a private room at the Radiant Pearl Hotel.

Both sides came with sincerity, and with Michael personally attending, it showed his importance to the project.

After a few drinks, Aaron said a few polite words, and the contract was settled.

Michael was injured, so Aaron drank on his behalf.

He held a cup of tea, chatting and laughing with the other party's CEO.

The other party, being able to connect with the Brown Family, naturally wouldn't worry about resources in the future, and both sides left satisfied.

As they walked out of the hotel lobby, they shook hands to say goodbye.

At that moment, a young couple walking in from the hotel entrance caught his eye.
