Seeing Michael holding the medicine, Stella's anger dissipated.

She placed the bowl of soup in front of him, "What else am I doing here? You know you're injured and still go around. Drink this soup before taking the medicine. You haven't eaten anything all morning. Aren't you afraid of upsetting your stomach by taking medicine now?"

Looking at the hot soup in front of him, Michael felt a warmth in his heart.

He looked at Stella and sincerely said, "Thank you, Mom."

Stella assumed Michael had asked Violet to come over.
