He was here for Bianca?

How did this guy know Bianca was hiding here? Could he have followed her all the way?

But the Taylor family is gone now. The only people who could come looking for her would be from that mysterious family backing her.

It must be someone from the Adri family.

Michael's eyes narrowed as he composed himself before giving the order, "Let him up."

Since he couldn't get any useful information from Bianca, he wanted to see how much value she still held for the Adri family.

He should be able to extract some information from them.

He waved for someone to bring Bianca into the room, leaving guards posted at the door.

The Adri family member arrived quickly. Michael had barely sat down to take a sip of water before the man was there.

Despite their long-standing rivalry, this was the first time Michael had seen the man in person.

He recognized him instantly, as the man exuded the same powerful aura as himself.

The man was tall, nearly six foot three, with blonde hair and blue eyes. His chiseled features were those of a classic mixed-race individual.

Dressed in a deep black suit, the man's perfect physique was accentuated.

He looked to be around thirty years old. With such looks and background, women must be flocking to him.

Michael couldn't understand how Bianca had managed to get close to this man in such a short time.

After all, he had learned a bit about the Adri family during this period.

This mysterious family had its own strict internal rules. They would abandon or eliminate anyone without value or who betrayed them. They would never conduct a rescue mission, especially not the person pulling the strings from behind the scenes.

If Bianca's mission was to get close to Michael and bring down the Brown Group, she had already failed and fallen into his hands.

In the eyes of the Adri family, Bianca would be a useless pawn.

Yet here this man was, personally coming for her.

Michael suddenly recalled the roaring sound he had heard outside earlier. It must have been caused by this man.

Such a grand entrance, just to save Bianca?

"Nice to meet you, Mr. Michael Brown."

The man extended his hand, his face devoid of any expression, like an emotionless machine.

Michael glanced at the man's gesture of peace and coolly extended his hand to shake it.

He still couldn't figure out what the Adri family wanted with the Brown Group, and now this man had suddenly appeared, knowing everything about him.

All he could do now was wait and see.

"Nice to meet you, and you are?" Michael asked.

The Adri family was very secretive in Auroria. Despite Michael's efforts, he hadn't been able to uncover any information about their members.

So, he had no idea what the man's name was.

But clearly, the man had no intention of telling Michael.

The man simply curled his lips slightly, "We will meet again. As for my name and personal information, Mr. Brown, you will find out. I am here to take someone away. Please, Mr. Brown, let her go."

Michael's eyes darkened.

The man wouldn't even give his name, yet he wanted to take Bianca from Michael?

Did he think Michael's place was somewhere he could come and go as he pleased?

Michael despised such mysterious behavior. "That's an interesting request. I don't even know who you are. Why should I hand her over to you?"

"Besides, this person is important to you and equally important to me. I still have use for her, so please leave."

Michael directly issued an eviction order.

Since the man wasn't sincere, there was nothing to discuss.

He hadn't yet uncovered the truth from back then. How could he just let her go?

The bodyguards moved to escort the man out, but he stood his ground. Suddenly, he said, "What if I offered something in exchange?"

The man's eyes gleamed with a sharp light.

Michael narrowed his eyes, suddenly thinking of something, but still asked expressionlessly, "What is it?"

Sure enough, the man's next words were what Michael wanted to hear.

"Isn't the Brown Group dreaming of acquiring the largest diamond mine? If you agree to let her go, I will withdraw from the competition."

"I think this deal is quite favorable for you, Mr. Brown."

The man was offering the largest diamond mine in exchange for Bianca?

Even Michael was stunned.

But the more he thought about it, the more it seemed like a trap.

He couldn't even confirm the man's identity. Why should he believe that the man could give up such a significant interest?

"Who exactly are you?"

To gauge the credibility of the man's words, he needed to know the man's position within the Adri family.

"I am the leader of the Adri family."

The man's voice was deep, and as he spoke, his face remained impassive, as if he was born to enjoy such honor.

It was this aura that confirmed the man's identity for Michael.

But he still had many doubts. "Would a family leader really give up his interests for a woman? Even flying across the world to find her."

It all seemed too strange.

The man didn't argue, only said calmly, "If you don't believe me, you should at least believe your own people. Your contact in Auroria is named Aaron, right? You can call him now and ask about the mine."

Michael's heart tightened.

This man even knew Aaron's information. No wonder Aaron had made no progress for so long. The Adri family's influence had already infiltrated their ranks.

Given the importance of the mine, Michael didn't hesitate. He took out his phone and called Aaron.

Due to the time difference, it was still daytime in Auroria.

When Aaron answered, Michael asked directly, "Aaron, what's the status of the diamond mine? Did we secure it?"

After hanging up, Michael's expression grew even darker, and the bodyguards became more alert.

The man across from him remained calm. "Mr. Brown, do you believe me now?"

"I've shown my sincerity. If you need time to consider, I can wait. But in the meantime, may I see Bianca?"
