The staff member led Ross to the third floor. As the door opened, a faint trace of soothing incense drifted through the air.

An older staff member's eyes grew moist. "I wanted to end my life... until she gave me a new purpose."
Ross listened quietly, his expression softening.
"Keep up the good work," he murmured as he stood. "Château Blanc is worthy of your pride."
Over the next two days, Ross's astonishment grew.
